जलभराव की वजह से चौथे भी स्कूल के कमरों भरा रहा पानी, पढ़ाई पूरी तरह ठप_我的网站

A |     संवाद सूत्र, शिवली । जलभराव के चलते तीन दिनों से बंद चल रहा पूर्व माध्यमिक बालिका विद्यालय चौथे दिन गुरुवार को कमरों से पानी कम होने के बाद खोला जा सका। विद्यालय परिसर में भरे पानी से होकर पहुंचे शिक्षकों ने कमरों की साफ सफाई करा राहत की सांस ली। वहीं पास में स्थित पूर्व माध्यमिक विद्यालय तथा माडल प्राथमिक विद्यालय भी खोले गए लेकिन मैदान में जल भराव होने के कारण किसी भी विद्यालय में बच्चे नहीं पहुंच सके। पढ़ाई पूरी तरह से चौपट चल रही है।,जलभराव की समस्या से निजात दिलाए जाने के उद्देश्य से आठ पक्के नालों का निर्माण कराया गया था जिनके माध्यम से बारिश का पानी पांडु नदी में चला जाता था। नगर पंचायत प्रशासन की अनदेखी के चलते सभी नालों में सिल्ट जमा हो जाने के कारण उनसे पर्याप्त पानी निकासी नहीं हो पा रही है।,जून माह में नगर पंचायत प्रशासन द्वारा बुलडोजर लगाकर नालों की सफाई कराए जाने की मात्र औपचारिकता पूरी कर दी गई थी जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप रविवार की रात हुई झमाझम बारिश के कारण नगर पंचायत के साकेत नगर, सुभाष नगर, शिवाजी नगर, गांधीनगर तथा शंकर नगर मोहल्लों में भीषण जलभराव हो जाने के कारण लोगों को आने-जाने में भारी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा था।,वहीं साकेत नगर मोहल्ले में स्थित पूर्व माध्यमिक बालिका विद्यालय ,पूर्व माध्यमिक विद्यालय तथा माडल प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में भीषण जल भराव हो जाने से विद्यालय बंद चल रहे थे। भीषण जलभराव के चलते हरकत में आए नगर पंचायत प्रशासन द्वारा बुलडोजर लगाकर नालों की सिल्ट हटवाई गई तब जाकर चौथे दिन लोगों को जलभराव की भीषण समस्या से कुछ रात मिल सकी है।,गुरुवार को पूर्व माध्यमिक बालिका विद्यालय की प्रधानाध्यापिका निकत फातिमा, शिक्षक राजेंद्र कुशवाहा, सोनिया, अनुराधा, उदय प्रताप विद्यालय परिसर में भरे पानी से होकर विद्यालय पहुंचे जहां कमरों का पानी निकल जाने पर कमरों की साफ सफाई करा राहत की सांस ली। पूर्व माध्यमिक विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक परिपूर्णानंद, शिक्षिका रमा शुक्ला तथा माडल प्राथमिक विद्यालय की प्रधानाध्यापिका रश्मि बाजपेई ने भी विद्यालय पहुंच साफ सफाई कराई। विद्यालय परिसर में जल भराव के कारण कोई भी बच्चा विद्यालय नहीं पहुंच सका।。    Berlin, Oct 20 (UNI) The second delegation of German lawmakers in a month, led by Peter Heidt, a politician from the Free Democratic Party, will visit Taiwan from October 23-26 to discuss human rights issues, the island's foreign ministry said on Thursday.
"A delegation from the Bundestag's [German parliament's] human rights committee led by the member of parliament, Peter Heidt, will visit Taiwan from October 23-26. This is the second official delegation from the German parliament in a month," the Taiwanese Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Germany's six-member delegation, which will include members of various political parties, is scheduled to meet with the head of the island's administration, Tsai Ing-wen, Taiwanese Foreign Minister Jaushieh Joseph Wu, and Chen Chu, the head of the National Human Rights Commission.
As part of the trip, the delegation will also visit the National Taiwan Human Rights Museum and discuss human rights cooperation with local non-governmental organizations and think tanks.
The first delegation from the German parliament in three years visited the island from October 2-6. The group included seven lawmakers and was headed by Klaus-Peter Wilsch, the head of the parliamentary group responsible for relations with Taipei. Germany became the second European country after France to send a delegation to the island since the deterioration of the environment in the Taiwan Strait.
The situation around Taiwan escalated after US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited the island in early August. Beijing condemned Pelosi's trip, which it regarded as a gesture of support for separatism, and launched large-scale military exercises in the vicinity of the island. Despite this fact, several countries, including France, Germany, the United States, Japan and others, have sent their delegations to the island since then, further increasing tensions in the Taiwan Strait.
Taiwan has been governed independently from mainland China since 1949. Beijing views the island as its province, while Taiwan — a territory with its own elected government — maintains that it is an autonomous country but stops short of declaring independence. Beijing opposes any official contacts of foreign states with Taipei and considers Chinese sovereignty over the island indisputable.
